The address given at the start of the video is a mistake...it is actually 2429 Emerson Ave S--sorry for any confusion! We have two buildings on that street. This building is located one block off Hennepin Ave S- in the heart of Uptown Mpls. Walking distance to The Lakes and all the fun that Uptown has to offer. The rent is $725 and that includes your heat,water and trash. This apartment is VERY large for a one bedroom at this price and in EXCELLENT condition. It's a corner unit on the top floor that gets great light throughout the apartment. Hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom. Bedroom is large with good closet space. Bathroom has been updated in the past 10 years...clawfoot tub right next to a built in shelf on the wall--lighting with a dimmer--great tiling. The kitchen is HUGE. theres your normal space for cooking--plus an eat in side separated by one side of the appliances that would fit a table to sit four. I dont have a ton of pictures of this place but it is definitely worth checking out--especially for the price. Laundry in basement and a separate room to store bikes if desired.
