The kitchen has original cabinets and ceiling, all stripped down to bare wood. Primed and applied 2 coats of semigloss enamel. New plumbing and quality fixtures. Vintage hardware and refinished fir floors. Marmoleum counter tops and new gas range. Totally gutted bath: all new sub floor, hand made wainscotting, medicine cabinet, new plumbing, electrical, and all new fixtures. The bathroom had 2 dropped ceilings and toilet was installed at an angle because the vent /hub was so large and they did not fir out the wall to accomodate the space. New clawfoot tub is great! Marmoleum floors.
