The address given at the start of the video is a mistake...it is actually 2429 Emerson Ave S--sorry for any confusion! We have two buildings on that street. This building is located one block off Hennepin Ave S- in the heart of Uptown Mpls. Walking distance to The Lakes and all the fun that Uptown has to offer. The rent is $725 and that includes your heat,water and trash. This apartment is VERY large for a one bedroom at this price and in EXCELLENT condition. It's a corner unit on the top floor that gets great light throughout the apartment. Hardwood floors in the living room and bedroom. Bedroom is large with good closet space.
